Controlling the flow of water, air and other liquids and gases requires high-end components and systems for transportation, switching, distribution and treatment (purification, filtration). Solutions cover a wide range of applications, media, and pressure (drop) and flow values. Special components such as solenoid pumps and valves facilitate high-performance fluid control. Whenever required, components can be manufactured and assembled under cleanroom conditions for high-purity applications.

This type of environmental control includes passive and active vibration isolation as well as acoustic isolation for countering the negative impact of internal and external disturbances. Advanced algorithms and high-bandwidth vibration isolation modules allow for the real-time motion control of sensitive equipment in six degrees of freedom.
