modules and skids

The development of tailor-made modules and skids for ultra high purity liquid and gas supply starts with R&D support and the design-in of fit-for-purpose components, followed by engineering, prototyping and series production according to a proprietary UHP (ultra high purity) and UCV (ultra clean vacuum) way of working. Ample cleanroom space is available for assembly, relying on specific tooling for reproducibility. Lean manufacturing and supply chain management ensure an efficient solution.

Depending on their size and complexity, successful installation projects for ultra high purity liquid and gas supply systems and infrastructures require either a dedicated service team or a comprehensive project team. Competences include project management, engineering, risk analysis, qualification and certification, safety/QSHE regulations, stainless steel piping, orbital welding, plastics, vacuum technology, gas and chemical cabinets.

prefab piping

The cost-effective supply of OEM skids and the fast, minimally disruptive execution of installation projects require the series production and delivery of prefab piping parts and welding assemblies. They are available for products made of stainless steel or plastics, such as PP, PVDF, CPVC, PVC and PF. Efficient production is facilitated by special tools and packaging provisions in a cleanroom environment, as well as adequate certification and test report generation.

testing and qualification

Commissioning and maintaining ultra high purity liquid and gas supply systems relies on extensive testing and qualification capabilities for in-house (cleanroom) and on-site (end-user) application. These include visual inspection, pressure drop test, helium leak test, particle measurement (APT), total carbon content analysis (TOC) and residual gas analysis (RGA), all according to the relevant standards and documented by the corresponding certificates.
